The Sporting Clubs of South Belgrave proudly present ‘The Moody Cup’ – the annual T20 cricket match pitting the South Belgrave Football & Netball Club against the South Belgrave Cricket Club on Sunday 16th of December starting from 1 PM at the South Belgrave Recreation Reserve.

This day promises to again be a great social event as always, the perfect chance to catch up with everyone before Christmas, with plenty of fun & laughs both on and off the field.

Santa will make an appearance on the back of a local fire truck during the change of innings, handing out lollies & icy poles to the kids (and kids at heart).

The BBQ will be fired up to satisfy your appetite, and the bar will be running for those wanting a drink (including soft drink). Take the opportunity to try out the new tap set up – best fresh cold beer in South Belgrave!

There will be music playing creating a fun party atmosphere all day.

Make sure you bring a chair or a picnic rug/blanket to sit around the boundary line and watch the entertainment.

Ladbrokes are generously sponsoring the day again, providing a $500 voucher for the player of the match, plus clothing & stubbie holders for those who attend.

All proceeds will go back into the Sporting Precinct so the whole community benefits.
